1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the bdjll website and all services offered through it, including casino games, sports betting, poker, jackpot fishing, slots, and all related features. The terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and bdjll ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). 3. Eligibility and Registration

To create and maintain an account on bdjll, a user must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times. Any misrepresentation of eligibility at the point of registration may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and must remain 21 or older to continue using the platform.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own name and on your own behalf. Registrations made on behalf of third parties, corporations, or syndicates are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your real name, date of birth, and valid Bangladesh mobile number. False information constitutes grounds for account closure.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion, cooling-off, or time-out arrangement — either voluntarily applied through bdjll or imposed by bdjll's compliance process.
• You must not be a current employee of bdjll, or an immediate family member of a current employee, or a person otherwise affiliated with the platform's operations.

Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on bdjll. If bdjll identifies duplicate accounts associated with the same individual, the Platform reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any open bets or pending withdrawals, and suspend or permanently close the accounts in question.

4. Account Registration and Security

Completing the bdjll registration form constitutes an application to open an account. bdjll reserves the right to decline any application without providing reasons. Account approval is at the sole discretion of the Platform.

bdjll is required to verify the identity of all account holders as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance process. KYC may be triggered at registration, prior to processing a first withdrawal, or at any other time bdjll deems necessary. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo identification document and proof of registered mobile number ownership. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable time following a request may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bdjll account credentials. You must not share your mobile number and password with any third party. In the event of suspected unauthorised access to your account, you must notify bdjll support immediately by contacting [email protected]. bdjll will not be liable for losses arising from:

• Losses resulting from your voluntary disclosure of login credentials to a third party.
• Losses resulting from your failure to take reasonable precautions to protect your password from exposure on shared devices.
• Losses occurring between the time of unauthorised access and the time at which you notify bdjll support of the suspected breach.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bdjll are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bdjll does not impose platform-level fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity on the Platform.

• The minimum deposit is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit enforced at the platform level, though individual payment methods may impose their own limits.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your bdjll account instantly upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.
• All deposited funds must be wagered at least once before withdrawal is processed, irrespective of whether a bonus has been claimed. This base turnover requirement exists to prevent payment processing abuse.
• bdjll reserves the right to request documentary evidence that the payment method used for a deposit belongs to and is operated by the registered account holder.

• Withdrawals are available only to account holders who have successfully completed KYC verification. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed within five minutes of approval during standard operating hours.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the bdjll account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• bdjll reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for the purpose of conducting additional security or compliance checks. We aim to resolve all pending checks within 48 hours.
• In the event of a suspected breach of these Terms, bdjll may withhold a withdrawal pending investigation. If a breach is confirmed, bdjll may void the withdrawal and, if applicable, the associated account balance.

Funds deposited into a bdjll account are held in trust for the User and are not commingled with bdjll's operational funds. In the event that a User's account is closed for any reason, all verified remaining balance shall be returned to the User via their registered payment method within a reasonable period following account closure, unless the balance has been forfeited due to a confirmed breach of these Terms.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

bdjll offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions to eligible account holders. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

• Each bonus or promotion is available to one account per household, per device, and per shared IP address. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times through the use of duplicate accounts, shared devices, or VPN services will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonus funds.
• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before they may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms. bdjll's default wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount unless otherwise specified.
• Free spins winnings are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the same wagering requirements as standard bonuses unless the individual promotion states otherwise.
• bdjll reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a user has already opted in, any bonus funds credited under that promotion that have not yet been wagered will be voided from the account.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts. Bonus balances hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other consideration outside of the wagering process.

Seasonal promotions at bdjll are designed around the Bangladesh calendar. Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (16 December), and BPL season promotions are offered periodically. Eligibility and terms for each seasonal promotion are published on the platform at the time the promotion is active and are subject to change from season to season.

7. Game Rules and Fair Play

All casino games available on bdjll are supplied by independent, third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to the rules and RNG certification of the originating studio. bdjll does not modify game outcomes, RTP settings, or win/loss parameters. The published RTP for any given game is determined by the supplying studio and not by bdjll.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or game error during a betting round, bdjll will follow the dispute resolution policy of the relevant game provider. Where a game round cannot be determined due to a technical fault, the affected stake will be returned to the player's account. bdjll does not accept liability for losses caused by third-party game platform outages beyond its control.

• Sports betting markets, including all cricket betting markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and bilateral series, are governed by bdjll's sports betting rules. In the event of a match abandonment, suspension, or result void, settled bets will follow the rules of the relevant sport as applied by bdjll at the time of the market's creation.
• Winnings on any single bet that bdjll determines to have been placed using erroneous odds — including odds that were published due to a data feed error, human error, or a system configuration fault — may be voided at bdjll's discretion. The original stake will be returned in such cases.
• Poker games on bdjll follow standard international poker hand rankings. Jackpot Fishing games are governed by the rules of the respective studio providing the title. Slot games follow the pay-table and game rules embedded within each game's interface as supplied by the originating studio.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdjll platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law. bdjll employs automated and manual monitoring to detect prohibited activity.

• Using the bdjll platform for money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or any other financial crime. All suspicious transaction patterns are reported in accordance with applicable law.
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to place bets, interact with game outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage over other users or the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate live casino game outcomes, poker hand outcomes, or sports betting markets. Any evidence of collusion will result in the immediate voiding of all associated winnings.
• Opening or operating more than one bdjll account, whether under the same identity, a different identity, or through a third party acting on your behalf.
• Depositing funds using a payment method that does not belong to you, or initiating a chargeback, dispute, or reversal on a deposit that has been used for wagering. Chargebacks are treated as theft and will be pursued accordingly.
• Accessing or attempting to access the bdjll platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law, using a VPN, proxy server, or any other method to disguise your actual location.

bdjll's compliance team conducts ongoing monitoring of account and transaction activity. Users identified as engaging in prohibited activity will be contacted and given an opportunity to provide an explanation before any irreversible action is taken, except where the nature of the activity requires immediate account suspension to prevent further harm.

9. Responsible Gaming

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the bdjll platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, and the selection and arrangement of content — is the property of bdjll or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the bdjll platform without prior written permission from bdjll.

12. Amendments to These Terms

bdjll reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and without prior notice. Where a change is material, bdjll will make reasonable efforts to notify active account holders via SMS to their registered Bangladesh mobile number or via a notice displayed upon their next login. The determination of what constitutes a material change is at bdjll's sole discretion.

Your continued use of the bdjll platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the Platform's operating jurisdiction.
